Founded in 2005 By husband and wife team Ciara and Colin Moran Property People Estate agents began on the Antrim Road, Belfast.

Despite a shrinking property market Property People estate agents due to its unique delivery of a professional, friendly and collaborative service delivery gained a loyal customer base and a market share in the area. This office specialised in residential property sales, lettings and property management. Property People continued to enjoy success and opened a second branch on The Ormeau Road of South Belfast. This second branch also offered residential sales and lettings and are ideally located for student rentals and Houses of multiple occupancy, and it thrived thanks to our many loyal customers, without whom it would not have been possible to grow. We have also diversified our services to include guaranteed rent for landlords, flexible lease options for students, shared accommodation for professional tenants. We are currently one of the market leaders in the Belfast residential sales, rentals and within the property management market.

2016 saw the opening of our 3rd branch in the Clogher Valley in the village of Augher County Tyrone.

This branch has benefited from new areas of property sales and letting such agricultural land, farms, development sites and new residential developments.

Around this time we gained Ciara Moran's two brothers Jarlath and Finbarr Daly bringing with them skills and experience from the construction, development and infrastructure. Property People are truly a family business with extensive knowledge in all aspects of property not only the selling, renting and managing of property but also investment, development, construction, infrastructure and pathology of the built environment.

Jarlath has recently gained his RICs accreditation and we are delighted to now be able to offer these specialised valuations to our customers.

We have loyal customer base and have successfully kept our clients informed and up to date with the continuing changes in legislation within the private rented and HMO sector. We promote and maintain high standards, transparency and codes of practice with in the company.

We are one of the few independent agents in Belfast who have received Propertymark accreditation for the company as well of all customer facing staff having achieved or studying to achieve their ARLA or NEA level 3 technical award.

We currently manage over 500 properties across the city and have successfully sold an increasing number properties as Northern Ireland's property market goes from strength to strength.
