Property Professionals Since 2005 - Our Story

Founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife team Ciara and Colin Moran, Property People Estate Agents began with a single office on the Antrim Road in Belfast.

Despite challenging market conditions, our commitment to delivering a professional, friendly, and collaborative service quickly earned us a loyal client base and a strong reputation within the local property market. Specialising in residential sales, lettings, and property management, our first branch laid the foundations for the company we are today.
As demand for our services grew, we expanded with a second branch on the Ormeau Road in South Belfast. This office became a hub for residential sales, lettings, student accommodation, and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), allowing us to build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and homeowners across the city.

In 2023, as the business continued to evolve, we relocated our South Belfast office from the Ormeau Road to modern premises at 122 Lisburn Road, Belfast. The move marked an exciting new chapter for Property People, providing a contemporary, highly accessible location from which to continue serving clients across South Belfast and beyond. While our address changed, our commitment to delivering the same trusted, personal service and local expertise remained unchanged.

Over the years, we have continued to diversify our services to meet the changing needs of our clients. Today, we offer guaranteed rent solutions for landlords, flexible lease options for students, shared accommodation for professional tenants, and comprehensive property management services. We are proud to be recognised as one of Belfast's leading independent estate and letting agents.

In 2016, we opened our third branch in the Clogher Valley, in the village of Augher, County Tyrone. This expansion enabled us to broaden our expertise into agricultural land, farms, development sites and new-build residential developments, extending our reach beyond Belfast while maintaining the same high standards of service.

The business also welcomed Ciara's brothers, Jarlath and Finbarr Daly, whose backgrounds in construction, development and infrastructure brought additional expertise to the company. As a family-run business, Property People offers clients extensive knowledge across every aspect of property-from buying, selling, letting and property management to investment, development, construction, and building pathology. We are also delighted to offer specialist RICS-accredited valuation services, following Jarlath's accreditation, providing clients with trusted professional advice across a wide range of property matters.

Continuing to Grow

We are proud to announce the opening of our fourth branch in West Belfast at 121 Andersonstown Road, Belfast.

This exciting expansion follows the acquisition of the well-established Whelans Property office, allowing us to build on its strong local reputation while bringing the Property People approach to even more homeowners, landlords, tenants, and investors across West Belfast.

The new Andersonstown Road branch strengthens our presence across Northern Ireland and reflects our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional local knowledge backed by professional expertise and outstanding customer service.
